Collections

The institute keeps two card files, one, arranged according to topographical principles, includes information on art monuments in situ and the other is biographical, covering the artists that were active on the Slovene territory. Both files are mainly based on France Stele's field records but are also currently up-dated with new findings. There is also a substantial collection of photographs and slides, recently being joined by digital photographs.
