UIFS ZRC SAZU Co-organizer of Broumov 2015 International Summer School

France Stele Institute of Art History was among the organizers of the international summer school Baroque Rural Churches in the Context of European Culture , which took place in Broumov, Northern Bohemia (5th – 12th July). Barbara Murovec, Head of Institute, and students from the Department of Art History at the Faculty of Arts, University of Maribor were among the more than 90 participants attending the excursions, conference and lectures on baroque architecture,

Organizers: Institute of Art History of the Czech Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Art History – University Wrocław, the Roman Catholic parish in Broumov, Omnium civic association in cooperation with the Czech National Heritage Institute, the Cultural Heritage Documentation and Digitisation Centre at the Faculty of Philosophy of the Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, the Faculty of Restoration of the University of Pardubice in Litomyšl, the France Stele Institute of Art History ZRC SAZU in Ljubljana, the Research Group for Baroque Ceiling Painting in Central Europe, the Town Broumov and the Monastery in Broumov.
